1. I created abd holding 95% shares of my closely held public limited company.
2. Company is non-working since last 5 yeras.
3. Company has no debt or any Gov, dues.
4. Till date company has no ROC or any Govt. Default. All done timely till date.
4. As i want to retire i want to close my above company and want to get out of ROC & Incomtax returns filling.
5. Paidup capital is 36 lacs Rs. approx.
