sir, i got one more reply which gave me reference of circular no.97 / 2007 dt. 23 August 2007 which contains the reverser charge mechanism about the said service. It also briefs about the exemption limit.... so please kindly refer to the circular and give your expert advice

Dear Sanjeev, My name is Jitendra jain and I am based from chennai. I have just completed my articleship from one of the big 4 audit firm. I would now like to start a practice of my own and have a lot of queries. Like is starting right now is a right decision Should i start alone or in partnership.and so on...
