25 May 2012 yes. of course. the director should be authorised by board to complete necessary formality to enter into partnership.

25 May 2012 A firm cannot enter into partnership with another firm but a company can enter into partnership.

Firm is not a legal person.
Firm cannot enter into partnership even if its registered under the partnership act
