What are all the attachments required to be made to form 8 and form 11 of LLP?

Is two designated partners signature required for Form 11?

Is auditor certificate and audited accounts to be attached to form 8 in case of compulsory audit?

At what price can a member(huf) of the pvt. ltd. company transfer his shares to the director(karta of the said huf) of the company?
In case it is transferred at face value than how will the HUF recognise its loss? will that be allowable under Income tax?

Company X is Pvt ltd Company.
The Share capital of the company is 5,00,000/- Divided into 5000 equity shares of Rs 100/- with a power to reduce capital from time to time

While the paid up capital is 1lac.

Whats is the procedure to increase the paid up capital?

Is it Legally allowed to held a Board Meeting of Directors via a Video Conferaencing?

As per the provisions of Sec. 372A, the Section is not applicable on companies providing infrastructure facilities. However the term 'infrastructure' has not been defined in the Act.

Please advice as to whether the exemption is available for power generation company which is a captive power plant for one of its group comapnies?

A pvt.co. can accept unsecured loan and deposits from its members,directors and their relatives.

Please tell me, for the purpose of above clause, what is the definition of ralatives ?

I am doing training in a Pvt Ltd Company since September 2011 but this time i want to go into another company but the previous company is objecting in issuing NOC. As you know sir/Ma'm that if i am not provided the NOC then my training of 8 months shall not be counted.

Please advice, if there is some possible solution available with me in this matter.

Can i raise the matter before ICSI??
