What is the procedure of winding up of a GBC1 Company in Mauritius which is a WOS of an Indian Pvt Ltd company?
Company was incorporated just 6 months before.
Is any compliance of FEMA is required in this regard?

The company in Mauritius shall be wound up as per the Mauritian law.
After the same there are some FEMA requirements, which need to be catered too.
