IS COMPANY LAW BOARD PERMISSION REQUIRED FOR ALTERATION IN MAIN OBJECT CLAUSE IN MOA.

WHICH FORMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE FILED FOR THE SAME? IS FORM 21 REQUIRED ?

I want to close my limited company in fast track exit scheme. We haven't done any business under this name since incorporation.
Let me know how to do that and what are the charges to do the same.

I have a query regarding provision for current year tax, advance tax
and TDS Receivable about it disclosure in revised schedule VI format.
As Current years tax is a current liability and Advance tax net of
provision for tax is refund which is also to be treated as Current
Assets . But while going through Reliance Annual Report they have made
the disclosure as long term term Loans & Advances. And in case of TCS
Annual Report , they have disclosed Advance tax(including refund
receivable) as Long term Loan & Advances and Current Income Tax as
Short term Provision......So can you brief us about the above said
issue and how to give the correct treatment.

Dear Sir,
As per Note No. 8 of Schedule XIV of Companies Act, 1956, the rate of depreciation is 100% for the assets whose value does not exceed Rs 5000/-,
Now my question is
If a assets is purchased for Rs 1000 as on 01-03-2012, whether the depreciation shall be Rs 1000 (100% of cost) or proportionate basis on the no. of days say Rs 84 for 31days in the month of march only?

Can a Wedding Company engage another Wedding Company to carry out/assist its main objects?

The maim nojects of the company is to carry on the business of planning,undertaking,managing and executing all arrangements related to weddings.

The said clause inter-a lia provides that the company can enter into arrangements/contracts with companies/organisations for technical,financial or any other purpose and assistance for carrying out its main objects.

I am confused in filling details in form 32 for appointing Mr. A & Mrs.A as directors.

obviously they will be the owners once Mr.X & mrs.. X resigns after appointment of Mr.A & mrs.B.

so what should i select in director
a) director
b) managing director
c) whole time director

and in category
a) promotoer (i think no becoz Mr.X & Mrs.X were promoters)
b)Professional (12th pass)
c) independent

whether
a) chairman ,
b) excutive director or
c) non executive director

ON 19/06/2012, REMARKS:

On approving the wok-item, the system gives message that thename approved has been expired. Therefore, applicant is requested to firstobtain name again and thereafter resubmit all forms i.e. 1,18 & 32 by06/07/2012.

While obtaining the name, filing FORM 1A,

The System gives message,

The Propsed Name MAA MUNDESHWARI POLYMER PRIVATE LIMITED already exists for some other company. Screen Shot is attached.

What would be the solution? This is very urgent.

Please look into matter & arrage to provide a valid solution.

There is something wrong with the system. What should i do? I need your help in this regard.

when i search for status , it shows work in progress, what it means ?

Paid up Capital Rs. 1,00,000

Increase by
Authorised capital Rs. 4,00,000
Paid up Capital Rs. 4,00,000

Also we have taken share application money long back in the book of account Rs. 5,00,000
Now this share Application money we want to allotted Two directors equialy with Share Preimum Rs. 125/-
so the directors will be given 2000 shares on their name
The face Value of Equity share is Rs. 10/-
