Can a Wedding Company engage another Wedding Company to carry out/assist its main objects?
The maim nojects of the company is to carry on the business of planning,undertaking,managing and executing all arrangements related to weddings.
The said clause inter-a lia provides that the company can enter into arrangements/contracts with companies/organisations for technical,financial or any other purpose and assistance for carrying out its main objects.
