27 June 2012 Hello everyone,

Mr. X & Mrs. Y had formed a pvt ltd co. in 2011 and in this month they sold it to Mr. A & Mrs. A .

I am confused in filling details in form 32 for appointing Mr. A & Mrs.A as directors.

obviously they will be the owners once Mr.X & mrs.. X resigns after appointment of Mr.A & mrs.B.

so what should i select in director
a) director
b) managing director
c) whole time director

and in category
a) promotoer (i think no becoz Mr.X & Mrs.X were promoters)
b)Professional (12th pass)
c) independent

whether
a) chairman ,
b) excutive director or
c) non executive director

which option should i select ?

Its so simple,

to clarify you doubts first decide, whether director will b on salary basis or not,,, coz if you want to give director salary+directors fees u hv to select the option Executive Director. otw non-executive or chairman.
n
If you select executive director u cnt choose category Independent okay,
n
if u appoint him as MD OR WTD, you dnt have option non executive,,

so i hope may b your doubts cleared.
