ON 07/06/2012, REMARKS:
Required PUCL- (1) Particulars of signatories to the MOA& AOA shall be written in their own handwriting as required u/s 15(c) &30(c) of the Act. (2) Decleration for Hindi signatory to the MOA & AOA tobe furnished by 06/07/2012.

FORM 67 FILED AS REQUIRED ON 18/06/2012 within the timeallowed ie 06/07/2012.

ON 19/06/2012, REMARKS:

On approving the wok-item, the system gives message that thename approved has been expired. Therefore, applicant is requested to firstobtain name again and thereafter resubmit all forms i.e. 1,18 & 32 by06/07/2012.

While obtaining the name, filing FORM 1A,

The System gives message,

The Propsed Name MAA MUNDESHWARI POLYMER PRIVATE LIMITED already exists for some other company. Screen Shot is attached.

What would be the solution? This is very urgent.

Please look into matter & arrage to provide a valid solution.

There is something wrong with the system. What should i do? I need your help in this regard.

27 June 2012 Hello Sir,

I checked it on MCA Portal,, the name shown there is with your old SRN & its of yours,, so u hve to just resubmit the Form along with a letter stating that the name on MCA Portal already exist vide SRN No. so n so is also applied by us and due to time expiration we required to file it again,, explain all the things in letter and get it signed by Applicant of the Company and attached it with e-Form.

They will approve,, there is no problem with system, system don't knw that the name already on portal is yours, so query is raised.

Do accordingly and you will get the name approved.
