Closing a limited company under fast track exit

I want to close my limited company in fast track exit scheme. We haven't done any business under this name since incorporation.
Let me know how to do that and what are the charges to do the same.

for FTE Scheme, u have to just file a Form along with Affidavit, Indemnity Bond, and annual accounts showing nil assests and liabilities, Board Resolution. But, before that you have to ensure that There is no charge registered in the name of the Company.
you can get all details and format of Affidavit and all from the Circular No. 36/2011 dated 7th June,2011.

These document required certified by full time CA. So what I can do for the same. Can you do it and if yes, what are the charges. And how do I submit the same.

28 June 2012 Also if I need to submit tax form for a LLP for last year but no business done. How do I do. Is this i can do online or you can do. What's the charges to do file tax for 2011-2012 for a LLP. business done - Rs 0.

28 June 2012 Hello Pankaj there is no need to certify all the documents by a CA only Statement of Accounts is required to certify by PCA.
