MY ASSESSEE TAKE CONSULTANCY SERVICE FROM ADVOCATE, CAN THE ASEESEE LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX HIS TURNOVER IS MORE THAN 10 LAKH AND ALL OTHER CONDITION IS FULLFILL

i have filed and submitted ST-1 of our company on 10 feb,2015. But till now ST-2 is not received. dept. officers are saying it will take time, whenever i ask them for ST-2. Now what to do in this regard ???

Dear friends, from which date the new rate of duty I.e. 14% will be effective .

i work in limited manufacturing co. no any service provided by co. but revers service tax deposited by co. approx.value in 2 crore

my question is Rent received by Co. On building from another co. ( from nov-2014 to march 2015 Rs 20000 pm)

what we do need to be service tax deposited in fin. year 2014-2015 on rent received.

i have paid 1000 freight to transport company please tell me will i have to pay 25% service tax under RCM and one of the tax expert has suggest no need to pay 25% ST under RCM if freight is paid below 1500/-
please clarify my above Query..

14% Service Tax are Applicable From Which Date..?

if service provider has issued the bill to service recipient on 31/3/2015 but the service recipient will pay this bill amount in may 2015. my Query is can i deposited the ST amount after receiving from service recipient.

My brother is running one company. He exceeded the Income of 10L as well as he is collecting the Income tax from the person to whom he is providing services but as someone gave him wrong Information as he has to pay only in the assessment yr so he failed to pay the tax s well as he failed to file the Service Tax half yearly return.

He company incorporated on 1st April 2014 but he started earning on 11th June.

My questions are:
1- Does he has to pay Interest as well as Delay penalty?
2- I know the calculation of Interest but I don't know the Calculation of Penalty.

His service tax is coming from 11th June to 6th Sep =42552.99832
and
from 7th Sep to 6th Dec ST=49875.22028

From 7th Dec to till date ST =59941.72856
