14% Service Tax are Applicable From Which Date..?

As on this date department has not yet notified the applicability of new servcie tax rate so existing rate of 12.36% shall continue to apply.

However Provision has to be made for the year ending 31.03.2015 , Then Which rate apply for the Same ?

it will have to be made at current rate only i.e at 12.36% since on 31.3.2015 there is no notification made.
