I am a C.A. with five years experience in practice.
I had join the Industry recently before 3-4 Months. I was offered the post of Manager.
After Joining, they had given me the revised appointment letter with senior executive , saying that it was miscommunication from H.R. Part.
And the position which was vacant is for the senior executive.

Further, while the negotiation time, H.R. had told me that it is the benchmark payable to the Manager at the company as per company standard.

Which i get to know after joining, the pay I got is even less than executive.

Now in this case on refer to the my C.F.O. , they give the reason as miscommunication and all and whatever is given to you, its the final.

I am at confusing state because I do not have other backup.

Please suggest as per labour law or ICAI rules that can help me to compensate and deal with this.

I have the land in my mother's name.what I am planning as property in the name of trust is a delicate issue I am planning to lease the land to the trust and where there will be a lease agreement between trust and my mother where she will get lease rent.also as the land will be leased to trust and as the trust does not have any funds to construct the school building in the lease agreement there will be a clause that owner of the land will construct the school building for the purpose of the school and against which he will get rent as agreed upon and there will be a separate rent agreement renewable yearly between the trust and the owner .so the land owner will get lease rent as well as buildind rent and there will be no property in the name of the trust. Is this process OK as per laws .I am in a deep fix .Please advice me thank you

A Pvt Ltd Company was in corporated on 30.5.2014. As it is the first year of incorporation, Auditor appointment was not made. When we are filing AOC-4 form it is mandatoryly asking SRN of the ADT-1 filed.

When i tried to enter Z99999999 as the SRN, the form is not accepting.

What is the exact code to be used for filing AOC-4 form.
