sir,please tell me whether aoc-4 & mgt-7 once filed can be revised

Both are STP forms and once get approved can't be revised.

In new companies act, 2013 many ROC forms are STP forms i.e. Straight Through Process. So if you file the form it will be auto approved in next half an hour. AOC - 4 and MGT - 7 are falling under STP category. So once form is approved it can't be revised.
