10 December 2015 Please guide me about ESIC & PF with regards to payment & return compliance..The forms and challans required, periodicity of return and mode (online or offline)

10 December 2015 ESIc Applicability :
Under Section 2(12) the Act is applicable to non-seasonal factories employing 10 or more persons.

Under Section 1(5) of the Act, the Scheme has been extended to shops, hotels, restaurants, cinemas including preview theaters, road-motor transport undertakings and newspaper establishments employing 20* or more persons.

Further under section 1(5) of the Act, the Scheme has been extended to Private Medical and Educational institutions employing 20* or more persons in certain States/UTs.

PF-Applicability
Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 is applicable to:
Every establishment which is engaged in any one or more of the industries specified in Schedule I of the Act or any activity notified by Central Government in the Official Gazette.
Employing 20 or more persons .
Cinema Theaters employing 5 or more person

Due Date for PF 15th of Subsequent Month
Due Date For ESIC 21st of Subsequent Month

10 December 2015 Yes esi And PF both have half yearly return and yearly return.

10 December 2015 Monthly Return to be filled every month within due date. For PF 15th subsequent month. Esi 21st of subsequent month.
