What are the responsibilities of a Chartered Accountant in his personal capacity and as a Statutory Auditory firm in matters of sexual harassment where the company has not taken appropriate action and not done required compliances of filings of the Annual Report disclosing the sexual harassment?

As per Sec 10(4) & 11(1) of FEMA act, RBI is given powers to specify the period within which export proceeds are to be recovered, as per rbi notification the period is 9 Months.
My query is whether the period of 9 months is applicable to retention money which is being retained by importer of service(Leasing service)

please help.me out with this .I am opening a school for which I have formed a trust. I have the land in my mother's name.what I am planning as property in the name of trust is a delicate issue I am planning to lease the land to the trust and where there will be a lease agreement between trust and my mother where she will get lease rent.also as the land will be leased to trust and as the trust does not have any funds to construct the school building in the lease agreement there will be a clause that owner of the land will construct the school building for the purpose of the school and against which he will get rent as agreed upon and there will be a separate rent agreement renewable yearly between the trust and the owner .so the land owner will get lease rent as well as buildind rent and there will be no property in the name of the trust. Is this process OK as per laws .I am in a deep fix .Please advice me thank you

Dear Sir/Madam,

A Pvt Ltd Company was in corporated on 30.5.2014. As it is the first year of incorporation, Auditor appointment was not made. When we are filing AOC-4 form it is mandatoryly asking SRN of the ADT-1 filed.

When i tried to enter Z99999999 as the SRN, the form is not accepting.

What is the exact code to be used for filing AOC-4 form.

Kindly let me know procedure.

I have changed my job. According to clause in appointment letters i have gave 30 days notice period in my last company. 45 days after my previous employer has not yet paid my dues.I want to know if it is a law, that employers have to clear dues some day to their Employees.

I have joined in a company 4/08/2015 and completed probation period at 03/08/2015 so may i eligible for bonus for 14-15

what is the procedure for registration ?

what are the required documents ?

Even if criteria is not satisfied can employer go for voluntary registration under PF & ESI.
