A BPO company is hiring 200 employee on contract, I have below queries:-
1) Is there any legal & accounting consideration for "contract" employees.
2) Is there any limitation to how long a person is hired as contract employee.
3) Is there any special rule for contract employee in BOP?
I was put up across this query,but answered. I need ur help....plz.......

1 No accounting consideration. Enter yearly contract for service.
2 No limitation if yearly contract are entered.
3 You have to comply with Minimum wages, Pf and ESi etc. Consult a HR in this regard.
