Made an FD one year ago, bank issued the acknowledgement for the same.
But after one year I got to know that my FD amount was reversed back in my account the next day on issue of FD without informing.
now what action I can take against the bank.
How much compensation I can demand.
They had acknowledge mistake.
Ready to provide interest for the same.
what should I do now?

Claim the interest entitled as per the FDR issued to you (subject to TDS). If the banker is not willing to pay the same the remedies are:
1) Court of law; and
2) filing a petition with Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006.
Forced closure of deposit accounts without due notice or without sufficient reason is one of the grounds for complaint.
