I created a partnership deed. The stamp paper was dated 14-10-15 and 13-10-15 deed was dated. The firm then became PAN card and registration and service tax number. Is it correct what is wrong.

You mean to say that stamp papers, for example Rs. 500 worth of Rs. 100 each purchased on 13-10-2015 and 14-10-2015. Then nothing wrong but the date of execution of the deed shall be on 14-10-2015 or later. However, effective date may be written some earlier date as well, if there is any agreement between the partners to this effect.
