A friend of mine CA in practicing, one known person (a consultant) made his stamp fraudulently and signed on his behalf on certain documents fraudulently on his own without the knowledge of that Ca.. The matter now open and the CA is now aware of this act..
1) he has taken undertaking on Indemnity bond...

Forgery is a criminal offence as per section 464 of IPC and as per section 465 of IPC whoever commits forgery shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
Other IPC applicable sections are 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473 etc.
Apart from this there are penal provisions in Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.
