08 December 2015 My son who is an NRI and lives in U K.He has U K passport. My daughter in law also lives in UK but holds Indian passport.I purchased about 2 acres of land about 10 yrs back.I am getting old I want to transfer this property in in the name of my son or daughter in law. kindly suggest me what to do.Thanks

09 December 2015 He can include agricultural income in his return as gift from father. Will effect will be after the death of father, till then it is father's income.
