Made an FD one year ago, bank issued the acknowledgement for the same. But after one year I got to know that my FD amount was reversed back in my account the next day on issue of FD without informing. now what action I can take against the bank. How much compensation I can demand. They had acknowledge mistake. Ready to provide interest for the same. what should I do now?

I created a partnership deed. The stamp paper was dated 14-10-15 and 13-10-15 deed was dated. The firm then became PAN card and registration and service tax number. Is it correct what is wrong.

My querry is about the fact that can any one write his owned property in his WILL, the name of a Private Limited Company, and shall it carry the Legal weightage and Authenticity? I mean the Directors and share holders would be able to operate upon this, and the company shall become natural owner of the LAND or Property?
Can the company be taken over by any third party or person along with its assets, i.e. the Land or property?

Partnership firm has immovable assets(land) which the firm wants to transfer in the name of partners
Will the firm be liable for capital gains and what is the remedy

A friend of mine CA in practicing, one known person (a consultant) made his stamp fraudulently and signed on his behalf on certain documents fraudulently on his own without the knowledge of that Ca.. The matter now open and the CA is now aware of this act..
1) he has taken undertaking on Indemnity bond...
What other remedy is available...

Sir I have a query about Meeting of Small Companies....
I know sir Small Company is required to have two meeting in each half calendar Year and gap between meeting is 90 days..

Sir if my company XYZ is doing more than two meeting than what will be the minimum gap between the meeting?

Why did government fixed 18 as age of majority? Why not 16 or 19 or any other age? what happens only at the age of 18 that a person becomes a major?
