Dear Sir/ma'am I want to increase the authorized capital of a private limited company I,therefore, request you to tell me the complete procedure of increasing it.

1) Convene a board meeting to call for EGM 2) Convene a EGM and alter capital clause; 3) File MGT 14 and SH7 with ROC along notice to EGM, Resolutions, revised MOA, AOA.
Note: in case the company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, replace the articles in AOA with new set of articles conforms to the Companies Act, 2013.
