anyone tell me please how can I study law subjects ...I cant concentrate on law subjects as compare to other tax & cost subjects...

I am not aware that which law subject you are preparing for. First of all it is better to study law and its sources. This is an introduction to law subject. The matter is available in any general law books such as written by ND Kapoor. ICSI study material consists of this topic.
