My son who is an NRI and lives in U K.He has U K passport. My daughter in law also lives in UK but holds Indian passport.I purchased about 2 acres of land about 10 yrs back.I am getting old I want to transfer this property in in the name of my son or daughter in law. kindly suggest me what to do.Thanks

Actually I am, now a days, working on some research work regarding profitability of various sensex companies earned during last 15 years.The problem is that for some companies like SBI, PNB, Indian Bank, SAIL etc, I am unable to gather Balance Sheet, Annual Reports and all like published stuffs for the year 2000-2001. I contacted to BSE, DSE and NSE offices to help but all in vein. I also tried to contact to companies directly but they are not interested and paying no attention. Can someone tell me about any other source/ way with the help of which I can collect these annual reports and balance sheet etc.

I have per chased property in the joint name with my son.I want to transfer this property as gift through registered deed in the name of my son. My son is NRI and is citizen of U K . Will there be any income tax issues. The cost of property will be more than 30lacs.

As Private company can not be converted to Partnership/Propreitor ship firm. Can partnership firm takeover private limited company? or can merger is possible between private limited company and partnership firm?
Please reply asap.
