I have joint property with my son who lives in USA.I want to transfer this property to my son with a registered deed .As proof of address should he give his US address or India address.He will pay the required stamp fee. Thanks

There is no restriction on stating both Indian as well foreign addresses. State the facts i.e. USA address would be better if you want to quote only one address. Need to comply the regulations of RBI/FEMA in case of transfer of agricultural / plantation land situated in India.
