Pvt ltd company terminated for employee for some reason for long absent . whether company will get the resignation letter from the employee or what is the procedure or what act says ?

how would you get the resignation letter? just send the termination letter to the employee. before doing that check the conditions prescribed in employment rules of the company to which the employee must have agreed to at the time of joining.
