Hi you all can anyone explain me regarding my Q. my CA raise bill on me for filling tax return i dont have problem for that but on that bill he sign with their comany name for eg; shah & co now my question is thah this is correct method of sign. or any law consider for professional people having authority to sign like this. plz explain

Form 23ACA

Form 23ACA is used for filling profit & loss account & other documents with the registrar.My question is that in case of newly set up company that is incorporated in jan.2009, & at present it is incurring pre operative expenses and it has not filles annual return for the F/Y 2008 - 2009 yet. What will be the treatment be given for the F/Y 2009 - 2010.explain?

Closely Held Public Company and loan to its director(s)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please clarify whether a Closely Held Public Company can make loan to its director(s).

What is the legal position under the Companies Act, 1956, and the Income-tax Act, 1961?

Please kindly clarify.
