Disqualifications of trustee:A person cannot be appointed as a debenture trustee if he is beneficially entitled to moneys which are to be paid by the company to the debenture trustee.
This shows that creditor to company cannot become debenture trustee but my question is can debtor of company become debenture trustee?

Dear Experts,
A Foreign National wants to sell his shares in a closely held company.
But the consideration on the shares can be made only as per the valuation of shares made as per the regulation issued by the RBI from time to time.
It seems there is a new regulation made by the RBI RBI/2009-10/445 A.P.(DIR Series) Circular No.49 dt. May 04, 2010 which is effective immediately.
Experts guide me in this issue whether i am going in the right direction.

sir i have appeared stage 4 of ICWAI final this june and expecting my result in aug 10. My all earlier 3 results shows different name with some correction.(vErma/vArma)i approached the institute but after 4 month they decided not to change...so my question is..
(1) As Director(studies) has denied me personally that they cant change my name as its 2.5 years now from my 1st result..whome should i approach??
(2) my argument is at least change my name as i have applied initially....at least there should be a common name on all results.

The minimum fair wages for unskilled are Rs. 150 per day.
That is Rs. 3900.00 p.m.
We bifurcate them as:
Basic 1800+DA540+HRA660+Other allownaces 900
We keep Basic+DA @ 60% and pay PF on that.
Is it correct?
Or PF must be paid on minimum fair wages. Any ruling on this?

Is PF applicable on amount payable to an employee to the extent of no. of days in the credit of the employee (unutilised leave). IF yes is it on a month to month basis, or at the time of actual encashment of leave?
