a person was appointed as manager in a pvt ltd company and he is the brother of the manager of the company thereby falling under section 314 of the act. but the company did not file Form 24B I want to know what is the actual limit for filing Form 24B?

If out of 100% share capital of a company.. 12% share capital is issued to public for trading in stock market
then only that 12% shareholder would not be registered in register of members and all 88% would be registered in registered of members...!!!

I checked that no Interest On Inactive PF Accounts WEF 1 April 2011.

Let me give you all some of my information.

I joined organisation on 1st September 2006 and I resigned on 5th March 2008. (1 and a half year).

I was not employed since then, as I joined my uncle business, so I didn't have any PF contributions.

From that period, I never thought of withdrawing my PF amount.

My question is.

1) Will the interest be stopped from 1st April 2011 OR there would not be any interest at all?

My father was holding physial form equity shares in name of his HUF.
Now he has expired and I am legal heir, but company is asking for partition deed for transmission of shares. Where as I do not have any whereabout of the same. How can I get the shares transmitted in my name without partition deed? Please guide.. I am really stuck in this matter.
