One client, private limited company, date of incorporation 21.01.2011 (annual returns not filed from the date of incorporation). No of directors three, nature of business: clearing and forwarding agents, share capital Rs.1.00 lakhs. Let us know before which date AGM to be conducted.

But it is 1st AGM, as per sec 210 of the act 1st AGM can be held upto 15months
