Company purchased a building. Agreement for purchase does not include a separate value for Building and for land on which it is constructed. Only one combined value is mentioned in the agreement. Now my query is that,for income tax purpose, on what amount i should claim a depreciation? on total agreement value or on only the value on building and not land? if only on value on building, then how will i bifurcate the value of land and building? is there any case law for the same?

I've one query related to EPF hope you guys will help me.

Problem is we have a private limited which is registered with Chandigarh ROC and all our employees work in New Delhi office and we need to get registered for EPF so question arises at which place we should get registered whether at Chandigarh or New Delhi.

In one the rental agreements I have found that the agreement contains the following line:
"The agreement is valid for following four years as mentioned below: 2007-08 ,2008-09, 2009-10,2010-11"
The franking on the agreement is done on the 10th July,2010.
Is it valid agreement???

when business have the occ account with the bank,it has to submit the stock report monthly basis.

stock report generally what includes?

when in 1 st week of the april ,march month stock report is submitted.
closing stock mentioned in march month may differe when auditing completing.

how does it affect the statemnt that submitted in the bank.
