i just want to know that i worked in mnc company now & i had worked there in 8 months regularly but now i am getting a higher scale job from another company and that company want i have to join them from 1st may other wise they don't need me after 1st may so now the problem is the first company want notice period or one salary i agree to give one salary to company so now i want to ask you that i can get my P.F from that company by P.F office without any problem or company can stop my P.F payment????????

Company purchased a building. Agreement for purchase does not include a separate value for Building and for land on which it is constructed. Only one combined value is mentioned in the agreement. Now my query is that,for income tax purpose, on what amount i should claim a depreciation? on total agreement value or on only the value on building and not land? if only on value on building, then how will i bifurcate the value of land and building? is there any case law for the same?
