WHEN a business men wants to do export ,prior that what he has to do to secure the transaction?
please guide in detail?

as per provision laid down in Hand Book Of Procedures Vol-1(2009-2014) para 2.8(iii)the person who wanted to import / export for personal use/ agriculture purpose are exempt from IEC.
