if a company paying salary to their employee by opening salary account in bank..
so now i have a question that, the cost of debit card will be paid by ?

ok...but the account opened by company they want to pay salary through bank account..... in that case what will happen.

company don't want to get penalize by paying salary in cash so they have opened savings accounts of employees
company is giving facility to their employees by depositing salary in time and also they can also avail benefit of banking
