30 April 2012 R/sir,
i want to know that if i have signed a blank promissory note. what are the the harmful situation can be built.
how can i overcome from it.
plz help me and reply as early as possible on urgent basis.

30 April 2012 Normally the Banks and financial institutes make the customers sign on the blank pro notes. The rules of the trade suggests that they have not made any malafied use of the same. If you have given the pro note to private individual, then let me know.
