If any one director gives resignation from his directorship than company need to file form no 32. But my question is that whether company need to show this transaction in board meetings minutes ?

hello can any body please tell me if a MLA can become a director/ shareholder in a private company? And all other related provisions regarding a MLA holding any other profit sharing firms.

Is it compulsory to hold EXTRA ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING before conducting Annual General Meeting for discussing about not an ordinary business ( for eg.Change of name of the company)?

If so,

Can the company proceed against the same in an AGM even though the matter is not ordinary?

A Partnership firm is engaged in Construction of a residential and commercial units.The 2 partners of the firm wants distribution of unsold flats and commercial shops between themselves.So should the partners transfer the properties in their individual names or keep it in Firm's name and take money as and when it is sold.

public sector enterprises sells any goods manufactured by it or renders any services in competition with establishment in private sector
AND
the gross income from such sale is atleast 20% of total income of public sector enterprise for that year.
then the act shall apply..

I want to know about PF deduction rule. I know it is 12.33%. But my company is using Rs. 780.00 PF plan. They are deducting fixed amount. My company is Limited firm but not listed in the stock market.
Why they are deducting PF @ 12.36%. Is it according to Government rule or not if not than please tell me how I can make a complaint against my company.

I was working for almost 6 years with a firm for one of its MNC client. I was offered a CTC Salary without mentioning any provision for Gratutiy in It.
Now i had moved to new firm, Since I had completed more than 5 Years I had claim Gratuity. but my firm had denied me stating that we are not liable to pay you over an above CTC. Your gratuity needs to be consider as part of your salary only so No Gratuity will be paid

I need your Help & understanding on the same.
