26 December 2013 It is highly likely the Companies Act 2013 will be applicable for Nov 14 Exams. Still wait for official verdict from ICAI.

26 December 2013 it is no more company bill. It is companies act 2013. And whether or not it will apply to November 2014 cannot be commented upon right now. You will have to wait for ICAI notification in this regard.

16 March 2014 update on the above:

ICAI has clarified that certain sections of companies act shall be applicable to November 14.
