I am working in school and planning to prepare rule book for our school kindly suggest how to prepare the rule book and has to registered or not if i can provide any format it will be very use full for us

First, you need to make a list of broad areas for which rules are to be made.

then, for each area you need discuss with the school management their expected parameters.

For eg:

Late Coming:

Till what time the students need to reach school?

How much grace time can be provided?

The penalty for late coming??

penalty for repeated offences?

Scholarship:

1. What are the parameters for granting scholarship? merit or need?

2. the quantum of scholarship etc etc

No need to register unless provided under the act/regulations under which the school was constituted.
