our co. is pvt ltd, and there are five japanese hired on salary basis,One of them is
authorised as DIRECTOR of co.Please help me
for below query
(a)Is it mandatory that PF should be deducted
on their gross salary
(b)is there any agreement in between japan & india or any law that PF is not applicable on them.

Kindly guide in the following doubt/issue related to working of EPF act 1952:
1) Employee joins the org with a Basic pay+DA of Rs 10,000/- Is employer contribution @ 12% upto Rs 6500/- compulsory?
2) In the above ex is the employee contribution @ 12% compulsory?
3) If a Employee joins the Org with a Basic pay plus DA of Rs 4500 and Gets promoted and after promotion the revised Basic pay plus DA is Rs 10500/---In this case after promotion is Employer Contribution @ 12% compulsory upto Rs 6500/-?

i am confused whether to prepare thememorandum and articles of association of company according to the companies act 1956 or 2013.
please get the solution asap..

Is it Possible for partnership firm to do sale and purchase of immovable property. if it is possible than how can the same be executed.

There is partnership Firm with 3 Partners. One of them retired.
Remaining 2 partner along with one other person started a new firm. Will it require separate stamp paper for dissolution of old firm or the description for dissolution be enough in new partnership deed?

My friend want to start a business, which is maintaing cows and buffalos by selling milk in the market.so he want to register it as company. Plz say the procedure for registration thanks in advance happy new year
