Sir can I get the draft copy of MoA and AoA for incorporation of pvt ltd company having its H.O. In Goa, incorporated for d business of mining of minor minerals n its sale.it comprises of chairman/MD constituting 90% shares and 2 directors having 5% shares each.

Partnership dissolution and new partnership created

Hello,

There is partnership Firm with 3 Partners. One of them retired.
Remaining 2 partner along with one other person started a new firm. Will it require separate stamp paper for dissolution of old firm or the description for dissolution be enough in new partnership deed?

Resignation of whole time director

If any one director gives resignation from his directorship than company need to file form no 32. But my question is that whether company need to show this transaction in board meetings minutes ?
