Resignation of whole time director

31 December 2013 If any one director gives resignation from his directorship than company need to file form no 32. But my question is that whether company need to show this transaction in board meetings minutes ?

01 January 2014 suppose director resign on 1st January than we need to call board meeting within one month or after one month ?
and sir also tell me if our board meeting suppose to held on 10th february then is it advisable to give effect of such transaction in that meeting ?

Acceptance of resignation by board is necessary in case of executive directors. So it is advisable to cover the resignation in minutes.
