dear sir just i want to know that, is there any ceiling limit of employer contribution in EPf. if employee is getting 120000 basic salary in a month and contributing 12% on basic and employer is also contributing same amount . as per EPF act is it correct?

As per the provision of companies act all companies whos paid up capital is 5CR or more is require to appoint whole time company secretary.
so my query is whether for a croup of companies ( where 3 companies paid up capital is more than 5 cr )appointment of 1 secretary is enough or require to appoint 3 wholetime secretary for each company.

I would like to ask that when a company is needed to file ROC Forms. let me simplify my query:-
Does a company have to file all the forms every year or if it has gone through some financial effects because of which it has to,,,,,,,(Filling of forms have specific conditions or not?)

A agency has 32 workers giving Rs.5500 pm to each is not deducting EPF and also not contributing his share. Is it correct? Is it complusery for him to implement the laws of EPF.

I work as a society Manager and need guidance on a situation I am facing.

Situation : Seller A sold flat to B completing all formalities. Only action pending is approval of membership in AGM. Before that B plans to sell the same Flat to C within a month.

Question 1 : Is their restriction on sale transaction to C defined by any minimum holding period.

Question 2 : If its "No" then should C wait till B completes the transfer in AGM and then only go ahead with the transaction. transaction.

Cash gift is given in the month of September, 2013 and and now Gift deed is drafted i.e. after 5 months. Can such gift deed can be made for which Gift is given before 5 months and Deed is executed now ?
