Cash gift is given in the month of September, 2013 and and now Gift deed is drafted i.e. after 5 months. Can such gift deed can be made for which Gift is given before 5 months and Deed is executed now ?
Can it be a valid deed as per act ?

its a cash gift. so there is no paper trail...mention any date for receipt of cash as you want to..why do you have to mention that u received it 5 months ago??

Suppose gift is given by chqeque before 5 months then what is the situation ?
