As per the provision of companies act all companies whos paid up capital is 5CR or more is require to appoint whole time company secretary.
so my query is whether for a croup of companies ( where 3 companies paid up capital is more than 5 cr )appointment of 1 secretary is enough or require to appoint 3 wholetime secretary for each company.

Every company whose paid up capital is 5 cr or more has to appoint a whole time CS. One CS for all the three companies will not meet the requirements of law
