what are the chances that chances that companies act 13 will be applicable for Ca final Nov 14 exams.. ?? As Ammended books are not available in the market...

I would want to understand the concept of a HUF with respect to my current situation.
I am currently stuck as a Director of a company which is facing bankruptcy.

However I want to know that if I transfer my assets to a HUF can they still be attached. For eg :my residence is in my name but I intend to open a HUF with myself being the Karta and transfer the residence to the HUF.
Is this possible.

we stay in rented house since 14yrs.(frm 2000) so one of my frnd's dad said that house becomes ours ond ownership also.since we are staying since 14yrs.is it true .how we can prove if it is true?

I am pledging 29% shares of a promoter of a private limited company. what is the procedure for this. Is Splitting is possible of pledge and unpledged shares by issuing new share certificates.

EDLI charges are supposed to be calcualted on pensionable salary or BASIC + DA?

For e.g.
Basic-7000 DA-3000
EDLI will be:
a) 10000*0.5%= 50 or
b) 6500*0.5%= 32.5

In the same manner, on what amount Admin charges and EDLI admin charges are to be calcualted?
