when you work in industry AFTER being a CA , WE have a various working on financial calculation for the preparation of the documents and project . But when we require from the job , should we have to hand over all the data including the workings in spite of report are already delivered and explained to management ?

Is there any minimum and maximum limit for PF contribution by the employer.

Suppose an employee salary is (basic+DA)= 5000/- and adding his other allowances came upto 6500/- and employer has contributed 12% on 6500/-.Now he has paid EPS 8.33% on 6500/- and 3.67% on 6500 to EPF. Is it correct.??

This has to be submitted to the Professional Tax Department for Requesting them not to levy professional tax for the financial year 2012-13.

please clarify stamp paper bought in 2008 by a pvt ltd company for the purpose of signing marketing agreement with another pvt ltd company where the said companys never existed in 2008 but only formed in 2010. can that agreement be valid in court of law. please advise. thsnk you
