My question is, is it possible to execute purchase deed without mentioning percentage of ownership of each ??

Is there any minimum and maximum limit for PF contribution by the employer.

Suppose an employee salary is (basic+DA)= 5000/- and adding his other allowances came upto 6500/- and employer has contributed 12% on 6500/-.Now he has paid EPS 8.33% on 6500/- and 3.67% on 6500 to EPF. Is it correct.??

"That a company was incorporated on 14th March 2013 but has not commenced business till 31st March 2013."

This has to be submitted to the Professional Tax Department for Requesting them not to levy professional tax for the financial year 2012-13.
