04 February 2014 what are the chances that chances that companies act 13 will be applicable for Ca final Nov 14 exams.. ?? As Ammended books are not available in the market...

04 February 2014 It is most likely that at least some part of the Companies Act 2013 will be applicable in Nov 14 exams. But wait till ICAI issues any notification in this regard. Prepare for other papers. Keep law paper for preparation in later part.

04 February 2014 sir u mean to say that the whole law is not likely to be applicable for nov... Should i start doing the old law.. As i am going for both groups.. Or should i startd doing allied laws.. As they are not affected.. Plz guide.. Thanks

04 February 2014 Only allied laws. Do not start Company Law till any notification by CAI in this regard. Rest assured that ICAI will come out with notification well before Nov 14 exams.
