Is the Companies Bill 2013 applicable for november 2014 CA final exams??
If yes, what is the probability of applicable sections????

1. it is no more a Bill. It is an Act!!
2. Most probably some part of it should get included.
3. given that only 98 sections have been notified yet, so dont expect anything else to be included in the exam.
regardless, wait for ICAI notification.

Wait for ICAI notification. In my view It will not be applicable for Nov14.
