it is alleged by members that the directors of the company have misuse their position in making certain inter corporate deposits which are against the interests of the company. will the company law board entertain application containing such allegation in the case of a private company?

my question : a sale deed is executed and payment also made therein. but after two days of registration, it is realized to both the parties that amount mentioned in deed is incorrect. now what is the remedy?. can new sale deed be executed? can old sale deed be cancelled without going into litigation? pls consider and response.

2) What is the meaning of 'property of any kind' as provided in Section 188(1)(b)? What are the different types of assets covered in it?
3) Whether providing any asset of the Co. as security for the loan availed by any group Co. will come within the purview of 'selling or otherwise disposing of property of any kind' as provided in Section 188(1)(b)?

I am working in an MNC where notice period for leaving organisation is 3 months. on approval of manager, this period can be reduced with deduction of basic pay from salary for the period for which notice is not served.. but only if manager agree. now situation is that, my manager is not agree to short the notice period and asking to serve full three month else they will abscond me. if I am leaving company without serving full notice period and agree to abscond, can company still take any further legal action? can they hold my EPF & Gratuity?
