it is alleged by members that the directors of the company have misuse their position in making certain inter corporate deposits which are against the interests of the company. will the company law board entertain application containing such allegation in the case of a private company?

No,
Past events one by directors can't be considered as mis-management as per various case laws. As their should be continuity of mis-management.
However i am personally not satisfied with the judgement of mis using the funds earlier is not considered as mis-management.
A strong plea over it can bring a new decision.
